Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.

Staff Management

Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they are motivated and empowered to deliver excellent service.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintaining a high level of administrative efficiency.

Work Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.

Work Setting

Food service establishment.

Supervision
