Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Green Ribbon Ent. Inc. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
    • Direct and manage the activities of food preparation and service staff to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Work Scheduling
    • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
