Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement effective training programs for food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet customer demand and ensure high-quality products.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Develop and implement effective scheduling and staffing plans to meet customer demand and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, training, and development.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
