We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Badger Daylighting LP. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our business within a defined sales territory.

About the Role

You will be on the front line of the sales cycle and develop a persistent sales strategy that will win more business. This involves engaging in business development activities in a field sales role, growing Badger's business with focus on business acquisition and account management, developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, arranging business meetings with prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years of previous sales experience preferably in a business development role, experience in customer support and account management, ability to build rapport with client prospects, strong time management and planning skills, and experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities or environmental services industry preferred.
