As an Inside Sales Representative at ICONIX, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will provide technical support and services to customers, work closely with the Outside Sales team to grow existing customer relationships and develop new ones, and educate customers about our products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to grow customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, including data entry and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and letters as required by customers.
  • Assist with general sales and marketing initiatives, including promoting our products and services through social media and other channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience in wholesale distribution or a related field.
  • A strong ownership and accountability mindset, with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications, including CRM software.
  • The physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
