About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to expand our sales presence within a defined territory. As a key member of our team, you'll develop a persistent sales strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in business development activities in a field sales role
  • Grow Badger's business through business acquisition and account management
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience preferably in a business development role
  • Experience in customer support and account management
  • Ability to build rapport with client prospects
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services industry preferred

This is a remote opportunity with up to 75% travel required to local branches, customer sites, and customer offices. Candidates will be subject to pre-employment screening, which may include background checks, MVR history, and drug tests.
