As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing nightly audits and providing exceptional guest service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide information about hotel amenities and services
* Exercise outstanding telephone etiquette and respond to guest requests in a timely manner
* Ensure all aspects of room reservation protocol are followed, including bookings, confirmations, and cancellation policies
* Follow Drake check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience
* Communicate effectively with Housekeeping staff to facilitate room turnover
* Monitor hotel lobby cleanliness and maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times
* Have a full understanding of all DJ, Art, and live music programming and communicate it to guests
* Collaborate with Security and F+B teams to provide exceptional service to all guests
* Maintain confidentiality on audit procedures, guest information, and monetary systems
* Perform all audit tasks related to InnQuest/RoomMaster systems with 100% efficiency and accuracy
* Troubleshoot any issues or inaccuracies with balancing the audit and seek solutions to perform 100% accurate audit

Requirements:

* A genuine love of hospitality and a warm engaging spirit
* A combination of formal education and some real-world experience
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Opera Cloud experience preferred
* Night Audit experience is an asset
