Job Title: Night Audit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Audit Supervisor to join our team at The Anndore House. As a Night Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office Department during the night shift, ensuring that all aspects of hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that the Front Office Department is meeting, or exceeding service standards.
  • Management Representation: Act as a management representative on behalf of the Guest Services Manager during the overnight shift.
  • Emergency Procedures: Manage emergency procedures during the overnight shift, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed.
  • Team Management: Evaluate the job performance of each night auditor and effectively communicate this with the Guest Services Manager.
  • Communication: Maintain strong working relationships and communication with all departments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 2-year college degree and a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a related field.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with Opera PMS an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
