Night Audit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Audit Supervisor to join our team at The Anndore House. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that the Front Office Department meets or exceeds service standards.
- Leadership: Act as a management representative on behalf of the Guest Services Manager during the overnight shift, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Communication: Maintain strong working relationships and communication with all departments, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Emergency Procedures: Manage emergency procedures during the overnight shift, ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members.
- Account Reconciliation: Oversee the night audit procedures, ensuring the reconciliation of all accounts and ledgers is accurate and up-to-date.
- Team Management: Evaluate the job performance of each night auditor, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support growth and development.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 2-year college degree and a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Previous supervisory responsibilities and experience working with Opera PMS are assets.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
