Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team at The Drake Hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing nightly audits and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
  • Monitor and maintain hotel lobby cleanliness and standards
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping staff to facilitate room turnover
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Security and F+B teams to provide exceptional guest service
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain highest level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Perform all audit tasks related to InnQuest/RoomMaster systems with 100% efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage internet inventory and work closely with Hotel Manager to achieve yield management goals
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Opera Cloud experience preferred
  • Night Audit experience is an asset
