Job Title: Corporate Data Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Data Management Director to join our team at Woodbine Entertainment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data management strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data management systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  2. Lead the development of data governance policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics solutions, driving business insights and decision-making.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize data management processes.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, and external partners.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in data management, finance, or a related field.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing data management strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  4. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business insights.
