Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our guests and align with our culinary vision
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and creativity
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking
