Senior Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will work closely with external customers and internal stakeholders to deliver our flagship enterprise solution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, gathering requirements and providing technical guidance to ensure successful implementation.
- Translate complex data requirements into clear and actionable insights for our customers, enabling them to source and provide the necessary data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope, design, and implement creative solutions that meet customer needs at every level of complexity.
- Leverage expertise in data-warehousing techniques, database management systems, and analytic solutions to drive successful implementation.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Implementation Managers, and Solution Architects to own the technical implementation and configuration of multiple projects.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to peers, reviewing implementations and configurations to ensure high-quality results.
- Continuously evaluate and improve current tooling, practices, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Tertiary or additional professional education in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, or data science.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on transparency, positive intent, and open feedback.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in analytics, including working with business intelligence tools, data visualization, and report/dashboards.
- Experience in database management systems and data set integrations.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Proven experience as a lead consultant in SaaS implementations, with a track record of coaching clients to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders in parallel, with competing priorities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and learning new skills and technologies.
- Able to maintain accurate customer documentation and case management records.
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to process improvement.
We offer a competitive base pay range of $98,000 - $135,000 per year, plus commission. You will be expected to work in the Eastern Time Zone.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
