Your Role

BDO Digital is seeking a Business Applications Implementation Consultant – New Graduate to be part of our dynamic team, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Canada. The selected individual will engage in the following responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in the deployment of finance, supply chain, human resources, and customer relationship management systems. Collaborate closely with clients to gather their specific requirements and devise innovative solutions to address client challenges. Configure standard business applications from leading technology providers (Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Dayforce). Educate client personnel to ensure they can competently handle daily operations. Contribute to BDO's growth by participating in internal practice initiatives.

Your Qualifications and Background

A post-secondary degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related technology field. Proficiency in relationship management and consulting – asking the right questions to design the appropriate solution. Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives, including CFOs, VPs, and finance personnel. Experience in leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions. Self-motivated, articulate, and capable of engaging diverse audiences. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary. Previous experience in software implementation or consulting is a plus.
