Senior Implementation Consultant New Vancouver, BC, Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at Visier. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will work closely with external customers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful implementations of our flagship enterprise solution.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Use your consulting skills to maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and set expectations.
- Data Translation and Presentation: Translate and present data requirements clearly and professionally to customers, enabling them to source and provide the required data and validate their solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with internal team members and key stakeholders to scope, design, and implement creative solutions that meet customer needs at every level of complexity.
- Data Expertise: Leverage expertise in data-warehousing techniques, database management systems, and analytic solutions throughout the implementation process.
- Project Management: Proactively own the technical implementation and configuration of multiple, parallel projects, achieving high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Peer Review and Feedback: Provide technical leadership, oversight, and feedback to peers, reviewing their implementations and configurations to ensure high-quality work and best practices are followed.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate current tooling, practices, and processes for efficiency, define and champion improvements to how we work.
- Professional Development: Continuously acquire new skills and proactively seek to broaden your expertise and domain knowledge, engaging as an early adopter of our ever-evolving platform capabilities and tooling.
- Education: Tertiary or additional professional education in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, data science/engineering.
- Communication Skills: Excellent demonstrable verbal and written communication skills - transparency, positive intent, seeking to understand, encouraging creative conflict, and thriving on open feedback.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' worth of experience in analytics, including working with business intelligence, data visualization tools, building reports or dashboards.
- Technical Skills: Experience in database management systems and data set integrations, strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Leadership Skills: Lead consultant experience with external clients, coaching them through multiple solutions for the best possible outcomes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think through complex problems and come up with creative solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders in parallel with competing levels of priority.
- Autonomy and Collaboration: Comfortable learning and working autonomously, making the most out of resources, and being a collaborative team player that builds positive relationships with other team members.
- Documentation and Case Management: Ability to maintain accurate customer documentation and case management records.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated track record of contributing to process improvement.

The base pay range for this position is $98k-$135k/year + commission. You will be expected to work in the eastern time zone.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
