About the Role

**Senior Implementation Consultant, SAP Business One**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at Vision33. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP Business One implementation projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide implementation consultation, project management, and support services during SAP Business One installations, upgrades, and customizations.
  • Recognize and address gaps between SAP Business One solutions and the business practices of the client.
  • Effectively communicate and build consensus with clients and C-level executives.
  • Support the preparation of the scope of work by providing task/time details.
  • Customize forms and develop reports using Crystal Reports.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Design and conduct master data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One.
  • Manage client needs and expectations to provide effective solutions and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual billable utilization targets.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (Accounting), and/or Information Systems from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with ERP solutions, preferably with SAP Business One SQL and HANA.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and creating SQL/SSRS, Crystal Reporting, and/or Boyum B1UP functions.
  • Excellent communication skills to C-level executives, both written and oral.
  • Superior people skills; team-oriented, fast learner, and very personable.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.
