Position Overview:
As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will leverage your unique blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to facilitate successful implementations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for clients utilizing our SaaS and cloud-based solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Act as the primary liaison for both technical and business stakeholders, guiding them through the implementation of Global Relay's Compliance product suite.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing technical challenges promptly and maintaining high standards of service throughout the implementation process.
- Contribute to the collective knowledge of the Implementation team, sharing insights and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Sales team as needed to support pre-sales activities, including Proof of Concepts (POCs) and providing technical expertise.
- Take ownership of technical issues, coordinating with internal support, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SaaS implementation, configuration, and setup or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, and email protocols.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on telephone and email etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality results.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Hosted Exchange, and G Suite, particularly in relation to journaling, is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Confluence is a plus.
