Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Consultant to join our Career Consulting Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to design and implement effective compensation strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices, and trends.
  • Develop and implement job evaluation and job classification systems to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights that inform rewards and talent solutions.
  • Design and deliver client presentations, including recommendations presented to boards of directors, executives, senior management, and HR leaders.
  • Develop and implement base salary and bonus programs for non-executive employees.
  • Create role profiles and career path tools to support talent management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including hands-on participation in pay equity work.
  • Experience in management consulting, total rewards, compensation, finance, human resources, or accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a solid background in Excel.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BComm, HBA/MBA, MIR, or related degrees, or equivalent work experience.
