Key Responsibilities:- Implement New Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Delegate Work to Office Support Staff: Assign tasks and responsibilities to office support staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee and Coordinate Office Administrative Procedures: Supervise and coordinate various administrative activities, including data entry, budget planning, and monitoring.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of permanent employment with 35-40 hours per week.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development.
