Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Coast to Coast Xpress Inc. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage office operations, prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Delegate work to office support staff as needed
    • Establish and enforce work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Office Management:
    • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Training and Development:
    • Train staff members on new procedures and protocols
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Conflict Resolution:
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
  • Work must be completed at the physical location
  • No option to work remotely
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
