About the Role

TK Elevator Canada Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a business development or account management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve business objectives.
