About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Sales to join our team at Quiznos. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and maintain high standards of sales performance and customer service
    • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and productivity
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure financial targets are met
    • Identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College or CEGEP degree in a related field
    • Experience
      • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Personal Qualities
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented
      • Excellent team player with a strong work ethic
