Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team at Precise Parklink. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our site managers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with site managers to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English
