Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Expert to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Lead at CloudKettle Inc.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with C-suite leaders, and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:- Act as the Executive Sponsor and lead for clients, providing top-tier service, Revenue Operations best practices, and strategic guidance.
- Build a retainer-based book of business and drive sales growth through targeted verticals.
- Directly contribute to and oversee a significant volume in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by improving client health and value delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
- Act as a mentor to team members, sharing knowledge and domain expertise to grow the CloudKettle practice.
- 5+ years of experience selling to C-suite leaders, with clear communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions.
- Industry-recognized certifications, including Salesforce Certifications, are an asset.
- Significant experience managing complex projects and building relationships with C-suite clients.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- A highly efficient team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English is a strong asset.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
