At Alberta Health Services, we are seeking an Administrative Support III Professional to join our team in the Canmore Public Health Unit.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional administrative skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of general reception, administrative support and office duties to support the Public Health Program.

Key responsibilities include processing high volumes of public, client and staff inquiries, scheduling client appointments, date entry in Connect Care, and other administrative support duties.

As an Administrative Support III Professional, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Additionally, you will have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, public, health care staff and other external providers, both in person and on the telephone.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements include completion of Grade 12 or equivalent, minimum of 2 years' experience in related discipline, computer courses in MS Windows, Word Excel and Data Entry, and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Please note that recent Public Health experience within the past 2 years, experience working with Connect care applications, and experience with reception skills in a clinic setting are preferred.
