We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support IV to join our team at Alberta Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including scheduling and payroll tasks, as well as providing support with data entry and statistical reporting.

This role requires advanced administrative skills and knowledge of complex procedures, practices, and initiatives within a department or program.

Responsibilities:

  • Filling pre-booked and immediate staff shifts
  • Anticipating staffing needs and informing managers of shifts requiring attention
  • Entering data for payroll and providing scheduling reports
  • Detailing records and compiling statistical information

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, medical office assistant, or related field
  • 1 year experience in scheduling/timekeeping/payroll, preferably in a unionized, healthcare, and/or 24/7 environment
  • Knowledge of e-people and Makeshift scheduler
  • Experience working in AHS Staffing Service Center

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
