About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our customer base. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new leads, creating excitement around our solar products, and working closely with our sales team to identify qualified leads.

You'll have the chance to engage directly with potential customers, explain the benefits of switching to solar energy, and spark interest through face-to-face interactions. Your efforts will contribute to a cleaner future while helping to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with prospective customers to create interest in solar energy.
  • Educate homeowners about the financial and environmental benefits of solar.
  • Prepare documentation, gather necessary client information, and schedule client meetings.
  • Answer client questions, provide product details, and address inquiries to build customer interest in solar energy solutions.
  • Coordinate with your Sales Team to help meet sales targets and track progress, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Background in sales or customer service; experience in the solar industry is a plus.
