We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at H & G Immigration Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, recording and preparing minutes, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience with electronic schedulers and business diagram software
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
