Job Description
The Senior Manager, Business Development Lead will oversee a team supporting best-in-class Digital Product and Experience for our clients. With advanced expertise, this individual will build, develop, and lead the team to collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive excellence in requirements gathering, documentation, information management, and business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Manage a team of Business Analysts, including coaching and educating them on best practices. Foster a high-performance environment, implement a people strategy, and communicate vision, values, and business strategy.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the BA Chapter roadmap, strategic, and operational plans aligned with overall organizational objectives.
- Business Analysis: Ensure solutions align with the organization's strategic direction, improve operational efficiency, reduce operating risk, and deliver quality service.
- Client Focus: Champion a client-focused culture, deepen client relationships, and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
Requirements
- Education/Experience: 5-10 years of business or operational analysis experience, at least 5 years in a management level position, completion of post-secondary business/technology/systems degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of banking business applications, keen interest in new and emerging technologies.
- Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, energetic, personable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
