**Job Summary**

The University of Lethbridge is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Recreation Services team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process memberships, lockers, and program registrations at the front counter.
  • Perform administrative duties including cash-out verification, daily uploads, web maintenance, and game day preparation.
  • Provide staff training and orientation on customer service and fitness centre operations.
  • Manage locker software and assist in creating programs/packages/products as it relates to courses/classes and POS.
  • Assist the Manager, Horns Recreation, Customer Service & Fitness with the administration of fitness and recreational programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma (minimum)
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or administration
  • Standard First Aid, CPR/AED certification

**Ideal Candidate:**

We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently and collaboratively with groups/teams and individuals. Strong verbal and written communication skills, team building skills, and proficiency in business planning, computer programs, and recreation software (Fusion) are essential.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $3,741.00 - $4,584.00 monthly, based on a 1.0 FTE position (AUPE - Grade 7).
