Hotel Operations Supervisor

At Travelodge Lethbridge, we are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of our front desk and housekeeping staff.
- Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operation of the hotel.
- Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies for the hotel.
Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a standing environment.
