Job Overview

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking an experienced Executive Support Professional to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, Acute Care Surgical Services Urban. This role involves working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and their support staff to assist in accomplishing the organization's objectives.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including:

  • Coordinating workflow with other administrative staff;
  • Assisting in the execution of administrative support functions;
  • Providing support services as requested;

They will also work collaboratively with all members of the Senior Leadership Team and their support staff to achieve the organization's objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role;
  • A completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Advanced collaborative, communication, decision-making, organizational, and planning skills;
  • Superior interpersonal, communication, and writing skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work collegially and collaboratively to build positive relationships;
  • Excellent proficiency in editing material for clarity, accuracy, and conciseness;
  • Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access);
