We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meeting minutes, packages, reports, and presentations for the CEO and ELT
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and strategic activities internally and externally
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO, ELT, and other parties as required
  • Operate and coordinate technical/audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations
  • Complete expense reports and compose correspondence
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and Board of Directors, coordinating Board activities
