The RBC Dominion Securities branch in Saskatoon, SK seeks a resourceful, empathetic, and collaborative individual to join our wealth management firm as an Administrative Assistant. By providing exceptional service and support to clients and the Advisor team, you will help deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute client account administration, including account opening, maintenance, and efficient resolution of client requests.
  • Maintain existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to contact clients, and manage timelines and key dates for accounts.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and compliant client files and documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner, addressing account transactions, requests, documentation, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • High level of time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, appearing professional, warm, and friendly to clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary estimate is based on the title, job description, and location. The company offers a range of benefits and rewards to support career growth and well-being.
