Overview

Mokx Professional Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,000 and $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Data Management: Compile, maintain, and update data, statistics, and other information using various software applications and systems.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of administrative experience in a similar role.
