We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to join our team at RBC Borealis. This is a full-time role that requires providing high-level administrative assistance and coordination to the Senior Vice President, Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Organizational Coordination: Maintain accurate records in Outlook and Workday, process expense reports, and ensure up-to-date vacation schedules.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Executive Assistants to plan meetings, events, and calendar series.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of executive administration experience supporting senior-level management or relevant experience.
  • Skillset: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and navigate shifting requirements.

Salary and Benefits
