We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our dynamic team at RE/MAX Professionals Sidorova Inwood Realty Inc. in West Toronto.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Administrator to take their career to the next level and work with a top-performing real estate team.
Job DescriptionAs an Office Coordinator & Listing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our busy and growing team. Your duties will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling home inspections, staging, photography, cleaning, and other related tasks
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications with clients via phone, text, email, and meetings
- Assisting with the preparation of comparative market analysis (CMA) reports
- Emailing paperwork to the deal's department and lawyer's office
- Crafting the office window display weekly and seasonally
- Maintaining the inventory of office supplies and signs
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the office
- Supporting the Marketing Manager & Database Specialist as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate Administration
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using a CRM System and BrokerBay
- Above-average data entry and computer skills
- A valid Driver's License

The estimated salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
