Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Toronto. This is a 3-day per week position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, coordinate events, and assist staff with various tasks on a daily basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the office reception area, greeting guests, and referring callers to appropriate parties.

You will also occasionally assist with meeting coordination, which may include client meetings, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including coordination of events and tasks as needed
  • Support staff with a variety of administrative and operational tasks on a daily basis
  • Maintain the office reception area, greeting guests, and referring callers to appropriate parties
  • Occasionally assist with meeting coordination, including client meetings, trainings, and stakeholder meetings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You should also have experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity software.

A salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year is estimated for this position, depending on experience and qualifications.
