The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in financial software, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. A positive attitude, ability to prioritize tasks, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$75,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental care, extended health care, paid time off, RRSP match, vision care, and mental health resources.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documents, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to our advisors.
