We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team as a Property Fund Manager at Cpask. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our property investments.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a challenging role in managing the finances of our property portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate forecasting of expenses and revenue, allowing us to make informed decisions about our investments. Additionally, you will work closely with our property manager to review financial reports and analyze data to optimize our financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborate with our property manager to review financial reports and identify areas for cost savings;
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize our financial performance, including rent model development;
  • Ensure proper accounting and financial record-keeping practices are maintained;
  • Provide regular financial updates to our board of directors.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills;
  • Familiarity with financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel.
