Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide a wide range of administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to various departments and programs within our organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to department(s) and/or program(s)
- Coordinate clerical and financial services
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Develop and implement administrative procedures

Requirements

- One year experience in an office environment
- Office Administration certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work independently

Salary Information

The successful candidate will be paid within the Pay Band 10 salary range of $22,020 to $23,550 per year. This is a full-time temporary position with a expected up to date of April 21, 2026.
