About the Role:

KING 7 DISTRIBUTOR seeks an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
