We are seeking an Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team at EIC Immigration Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to provide excellent service to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and managing schedules.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
