Job Title: Office Administrator Coordinator
Job Summary:
At JUST RITE TRUCK SERVICE (2000) LTD., we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to coordinate office services efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure optimal efficiency
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Permanent employment
- English language skills
- 40 hours per week
