Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Team Member to join our team at Alminz Kakanin. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting and testing baked goods before they are released for sale.
- Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, and train new team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Production Planning: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure that all products are delivered on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Setting: Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to meet customer demand.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.

- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
