Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at LAYMOON RESTAURANT & CAFE. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Bake and decorate a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Train and supervise bakery staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Draw up production schedules and ensure that the bakery is running efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect the bakery and food service areas to ensure that they meet established standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and materials to meet customer demand.
- Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods, working with the sales team to promote our products and drive sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
