About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Team Member to join our team at Alminz Kakanin. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting and testing baked goods before they are released for sale.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, and train new team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Production Planning: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure that all products are delivered on time.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment and be able to work well under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
