About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice Level 3 Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing level BAU support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level BAU support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express
  • Active participation in the upgrade of the above-mentioned systems to version, incl. planning, upgrading, and testing before August
  • Active participating in the planning for upgrading to version for the above systems
  • Level troubleshooting of those systems
  • Working with the vendor Cisco in case of issues
  • Documenting and/or updating documentation of the above
  • Cisco video server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway)
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl. Voice Gateways
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Call manager, esp. version and above
  • Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB preferable
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints

  • Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
  • Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor
  • Integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
