Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our staff augmentation firm, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and expertise in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 3 BAU support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express, including planning, upgrading, and testing.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of upgrades to version 15 for the above systems.
  • Perform Level 3 troubleshooting for those systems.
  • Configure and maintain Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway).
  • Develop working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB, as well as Cisco Video servers and endpoints.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB) configuration and operation/maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor and integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Level 3 engineer in the above-mentioned products.
