Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice Level 3 Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our global staff augmentation firm, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco Voice infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 3 BAU support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express.
  • Participate in the upgrade of these systems to version 14.1, including planning, upgrading, and testing.
  • Contribute to the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems.
  • Perform Level 3 troubleshooting of these systems.
  • Collaborate with the vendor Cisco in case of issues.
  • Document and/or update documentation of the above.
  • Configure and maintain Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway).

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways.
  • Expertise in Cisco Call Manager, especially version 12 and above.
  • Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB preferable.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC).
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB).
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor.
  • Experience with integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS.
  • Experience with Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution.
